That first step is always the hardest because it requires you to embrace the unknown and face these fears. It’s also the most important step – without it, nothing will change.

How To Change Your Life In Under 30 Days

Although the belief that you can create a new habit in 21 day is actually a myth, you can create positive change in under 30 days.

The first step is to take away the overwhelm. This can easily be achieved by deciding on a single small step to take. Then implement that change everyday. When you’re comfortable add another small step.

Here are some small changes that can have a large impact:

  • Spend 10 minutes a day practicing Conscious Reflection
  • Take a SBA (small business administration) SCORE workshop in your area
  • Replace ONE junk food snack with ONE healthy snack.

You get the idea. Stop waiting for the perfect moment to get started. Stop overanalyzing. Take one small step and just go for it! Rinse and Repeat!!
