For years, I believed the voice in my head was who I was.

Life had other plans.

If you've ever sensed there's more to you than your thoughts...

...you're in the right place.

My Story

Life has a way of asking questions we never expected.

For years, I believed the voice in my head was simply who I was. Like most people, I assumed its fears, doubts, and endless commentary were just part of being human. I didn't know there was another way to experience life.

Then life began placing questions before me that I couldn't ignore.

Some arrived through success. Others through loss. Some appeared quietly while walking through nature. Others arrived during moments that changed everything.

I wasn't searching for a philosophy.

I was searching for what was true.

That search led me through decades of entrepreneurship, teaching, writing, and spiritual exploration. Along the way, I discovered that every experience, every challenge, and every unexpected detour was inviting me to look beyond fear and into something deeper.

Eventually, those discoveries became Voices: Stepping Out of the Darkness and Into the Light.

Looking back, I can see that the book wasn't the destination.

It was the beginning.

The questions I explored in Voices continued to unfold until they revealed what I now call The Fifth Principle. It isn't something I invented. It's simply a perspective that brought clarity to questions I'd been asking for much of my life.

Today, whether I'm writing, speaking, recording videos, or simply sharing a conversation, my hope is the same:

To help people recognize what has been there all along.

Not by giving them my answers.

But by inviting them to discover their own.

What I've Come to Know

• • •

I don't believe we're here to become someone else.

I believe we're here to remember who we've always been.

• • •

Fear may shape our experiences, but it does not define who we are.

• • •

The questions we ask often transform us more deeply than the answers we receive.

• • •

Awareness creates choice.

Choice creates freedom.

• • •

Stillness isn't empty.

It's where wisdom becomes easier to hear.

• • •

Every person carries an inner knowing that deserves to be trusted.

These aren't truths I expect others to adopt. They're simply understandings that have emerged through a lifetime of asking questions, paying attention, and allowing life itself to become the teacher.

They're understandings that have emerged through a lifetime of asking questions, paying attention, and allowing life itself to become the teacher.

They continue to evolve.

Each conversation, each challenge, and each moment of clarity has deepened my understanding that wisdom isn't something we acquire.

It's something we remember.

If my work has a purpose, it's simply to create a space where that remembering becomes a little easier.

Where I Feel Most at Home

Some of life's greatest lessons have arrived in the quiet.

Nature has always been one of my greatest teachers. It's where I slow down, listen, and remember what matters.

Many of my mornings begin with a walk outdoors. It's where ideas become clearer, where writing takes shape, and where some of my favorite conversations, both with others and with myself, quietly unfold.

This is also where many of my videos are recorded and where I continue exploring the questions that inspire everything I create.

Sharing life with Alan and the rescue dogs who have blessed our family over the years has reminded me, time and again, that wisdom often arrives in the simplest moments.

Sometimes it looks like a sunrise.

Sometimes it's the quiet companionship of a faithful friend.

Sometimes it's simply the willingness to pause long enough to notice what has always been there.

Thank You for Being Here

If you've taken the time to read this page, thank you.

I know your time is valuable, and I'm grateful we've had the chance to get to know one another a little better.

Whether you continue exploring through Voices, The Fifth Principle, Be the Light, or simply return for a quiet moment now and then, I hope you'll find something here that encourages you to pause, reflect, and trust the wisdom that's already within you.

I'm grateful our paths have crossed.

Much love,

Cheryl
