I first heard about Kathy McShane about a year ago. My good friend and Mastermind partner Marian Edvardsen was insistent that we meet, repeatedly saying “You have to meet Kathy.” A few months ago, I had the great privilege of doing just that.
Kathy was holding an intimate gathering at her home and I was extended an invitation to join her and a remarkable group of women. A gracious host, it was evident that Kathy is a very smart and savvy business woman.
I wanted to learn more about her and her organization, so we agreed to meet for lunch the following week. What I learned was impressive.
Ladies Who Launch is the largest worldwide online and in-person community of female entrepreneurs. It was founded in 2003 and has established a vibrant, growing and trusted community that supports women entrepreneurs with both in person and online tools as they pursue their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Since becoming Managing Director of the Connecticut Chapter of Ladies Who Launch, Kathy has used her vast experience from the corporate world to help more than 350 women launch or expand their businesses.
