Im Series-Brainstorming

In the second post of our internet marketing mastery series we want to start engaging your creativity to find hot spots that you are passionate about and have the potential to be profitable.

One way to start doing this is to look at things from the point of view of a consumer. Ask

Ask...
What are the burning issues consumers are trying to solve?

This is important because they will also be searching online for a way to resolve that issue.

For instance, you can use your own experience to generate some potential questions consumers might have, like:

  1. Have I invested my savings wisely?
  2. How can I lose weight quickly?
  3. How do I stop a foreclosure?
  4. Do I need to be on antidepressants?
  5. What area in the country has the best job prospects?

If you are thinking like a marketer, you may be trying to find keywords that that reflect those questions when it is more likely that the consumer will be looking for solutions!

  • Where do I invest money in 2017
  • Best weight loss programs
  • Foreclosure solutions
  • Medical advice to cure depression
  • Job markets in the United States

Now you begin to see that when people are faced with a question they SEARCH for the solution!

So, when you are brainstorming keywords or phrases, you can start with a basic question that might be being asked, but always try to find the way it might be searched to by using words like cure, solution, program, and so on.

I’m trying to keep these posts short so they are easy to digest – but be sure to follow along in order to get the whole picture.  Here are the links to the post before and after!
